By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Defined terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, have the same meanings as prescribed to them in the Terms of Use available at https://followthementor.com/terms-use/ and as amended from time to time.
The Company operates FollowTheMentor.com (the “Site“). The Site and the following services
• access to a collection of information, news, data, text, listings, graphics, images, videos, audio files, podcasts, webcasts, software applications and other types of works, including any print, digitised or electronic newspapers, magazines, Apps or other content of the Company, whether through an online store or otherwise;
• search engines or tools;
• a platform to create, upload and publicly make available personalised content;
• an advertising and branding platform;
• message boards, forums, blogs, communication tools;
• email alerts; and
· any other features, content or applications that the Company may offer on or through the Site from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively the “Services“),
are owned, operated, and maintained, as applicable, by Master Apprentice Network Pte Ltd. (“we“, “our“, “us“, or the “The Company“).
Your privacy is critically important to us. The Company has a few fundamental principles:
· We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
· We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products and Services, or protect our rights.
· We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our Services.
Website Visitors
Visitors to the Site may choose to browse, search and examine any publically available information on the Site without registering with the Site or registering an Account. When you visit our Site as a non-registered visitor, our Company, like most website operators collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The Company’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the Company’s visitors use its website.
If you request to receive the Company or product information, or request information about specific Services, or provide comments about Services, you will be asked to provide contact information so that we can complete your request.
The Users and the Mentors
In order to have access to certain Services and features available on the Site, the Users and the Mentors may be required to register and setup an Account. The Company collects personally-identifying information for logged in Users and Mentors. The amount and type of information that the Company gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. When registering an Account with the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Profile“) as prompted by our registration form. Profile may include, but is not limited to, first and last name, time zone, address and e-mail address.
The Company provides a number of tools that you can use to control the availability of your Profile and other personal information. You can edit your Profile and other information at any time through the Site.
If the User choose to receive updates on Mentor and provide us with an email address, we will send emails to the User regarding the Mentor. If you decide you do not want to receive further emails, click on the “unsubscribe” link in the email to be removed from the email list of that Mentor.
Those who engage in transactions with the Company for example, buying Product(s) are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions as our partners and/or third party service providers such as PayPal, may retain such information to facilitate future transactions.
In order to submit auditions, the Users may be required to input the link to their audition videos stored on other third party online service providers and their Profile details will be made available for viewing by the Mentor. The Company has no responsibility for how the people whom the User allows to view his/her User’s Profile and audition videos (or the public if you make any information available to the public) use that material, or to whom they may forward it.
During the course of a Lesson, if you make oral or written comments, or share a video feed of yourself, those comments and/or video may be shared with the Mentor and other students of the Lesson, and if the Lesson is being recorded by the Mentor, those comments and or videos may be included in future distributions of the Lesson materials by the Mentor.
For Mentors, in the event that we decide to allow you to submit other information about yourself or the Lessons, the availability of that information to other Users will also be controlled by privacy settings you will set for yourself. In the event that you make your Lessons or Profile publicly available, we may include links to those Lessons or Profile or otherwise identify them in our marketing materials. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose any sensitive personal information in your Profile, unless you are willing to have such information available to all users of the internet.
The Company may use information that the User or the Mentor include in emails to the Company to assist the Company in providing the Services, and we may publish that information on an anonymous basis. In addition, the text of any posting on any one of the forums, bulletin boards, or other similar publically accessible systems offered by the Company becomes the property of the Company, and may be republished by the Company in its sole discretion.
In each case, the Company collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the Company and visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Disclosure of information
The Company may share information collected including the Users’ personally-identifying information with the Mentors on the Site for the purpose of enabling services such as communications. The Mentors may also receive personally-identifying information of all of the Users who comment, rate or opine on their services.
The Company discloses personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, affiliated organizations, partners and/or third party service providers (including but not limited to customer support, billing and credit verification services, and the like) that need to know that information in order to process it on the Company’s behalf or to provide the Services available at the Site. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Company’s Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. The Company will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, or in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request to comply with tax and other applicable law, or when the Company believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of the Company, third parties or the public at large, or as otherwise authorized by you. If you are a User or a Mentor, the Company may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what is going on with the Company and our Services. If you send us a request, we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other Users. The Company takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally-identifying information, but The Company does not guarantee the security of any of your private transmissions against unauthorized or unlawful interception or access by third parties.
Surveys & Newsletters
The Company may now or in the future send or run surveys or provide newsletters to our Users and our Mentors. At such time we may request certain data such as name, email address and demographic information (such as zip code, age, or income level).
The Company may use information collected during submission of surveys and signups for newsletters to send both the information as requested and additional information about our Company, the Site or the Services. Further, the information collected, including any demographics, is used to learn more about the types of people who visit our Site and improve our Services.
Click-Through URLs
In some of our email, the Company may use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Site. When the Users click one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. We may track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our communications.

This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the Company and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements. For instance, an advertiser might tell us the audience they want to reach and provide us with an advertisement tailored to that audience. Based upon the aggregated and non-identifying information we have collected, we may then display the advertisement to the intended audience. However, we do not share personal information about visitors or the Users or the Mentors with these advertisers to be used for other purposes.
The Company may disclose information about you to its partners and/or third party service providers in order to provide you with advertising and promotional information in connection with the Services, and to enhance your experience on the Services. However, we do not give our partners and/or third party service providers an independent right to share this information. Due to our contractual obligations with these third parties and the need to share information to deliver and support the Services, however, we cannot provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of sharing information (whether personally identifiable information or other information) with these third parties.
Security
The security of this Site and your information is of great importance to the Company. The Mentor’s and the User’s personally-identifying information is processed only as long as he/she maintains an Account with the Site. However, notwithstanding the above, contact information may be maintained by us after an Account has been terminated for marketing and promotional purposes.
Children
We recognize the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we endeavour not to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Company targets its Services and this Site to adults and not to children under 13.
Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, the Company may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in the Company’s sole discretion.
